Property Description

Adorable, secluded home with a STUNNING kitchen renovation! And when I say this kitchen is big, I mean BIG! There’s a huge island, quartz countertops, tons of workspace, and plenty of room for everyone to gather. You get the open-concept feel everyone loves while STILL having a formal dining area, and that’s not something you find in every house! From the minute you walk in, this house just feels cozy. The living room has large windows overlooking the backyard and the creek running through the property, bringing in lots of natural light and giving you a pretty view while you’re relaxing inside. The living room opens to the kitchen area with a wood-burning fireplace nearby, and just beyond that is the formal dining space. The spacious primary bedroom has THREE closets, an ensuite bathroom, AND a bonus room that could be used for work OR play! Make it a home office, gym, hobby room, or turn it into the closet of your dreams. It even has its own door leading outside to a private porch. And then there’s the property itself. Quiet, secluded, and tucked away with a creek running alongside it, this is the kind of place where you can actually enjoy your backyard. The above-ground pool even has its own covered cabana area, perfect for grilling, entertaining, or just hanging out by the pool without baking in the sun! This one is a MUST SEE with so much space inside and out, a kitchen you’re going to LOVE, and just enough tucked-away charm to make you want to stay awhile.
